Materials you need ✂️
- Padded vest pattern: available in the 2024/2025 fall-winter Dance pattern magazine.
- Fabrics: cotton poplin.
- Padding: optional, if you decide to quilt your own fabrics.
- Bias tape: to finish off the pockets, armholes, neckline, and hem.
- Sewing machine: ideally with a walking foot to make quilting easier.
- Pattern paper: to trace the pattern pieces and make your own pockets and details.
- Basic sewing notions: scissors, pins, thread, marker or tailor’s chalk and tape measure.

For this vest, we’ve used two cottons from our 2024 fall-winter collection, adding padding to create the quilted effect. If you prefer to simplify the process, you can also choose one of our padded fabrics, designed to make sewing easier without sacrificing style or quality.
