Cotton Yak is a natural yarn with a satinized fibre finish, suitable for all seasons. Cotton Yak gives between seasons jumpers, knitted jackets and women’s ponchos a fresh soft appearance and handle. The blend of cotton, wool and yak gives extraordinary results when used for baby clothing and soft blankets.

Each ball weighs 50 grams and is 130 meters. This is a medium weight yarn and we recommend using size 3.5 - 4mm (5 - 6 U.S) knitting needles or size 2.5 - 3mm (C - D U.S) crochet hook. 8 balls of yarn are required to make a woman's short sleeved jumper in size 12. To make a 4x4" tension square work 22 sts and 28 rows. Machine washable up to 30º. Do not tumble dry.
