This is a heavier weight yarn and we recommend using size 7 - 8mm (10.5 - 11 U.S) knitting needles. 7 balls of yarn are required to make a woman's long sleeve jumper size 12. To make a 4x4" tension square work 8 sts and 12 rows. Machine wash up to 30ºC. Do not tumble dry.
