When you’re searching for a newborn baby pattern you may be overwhelmed with options. After all, there are so many great patterns out there! So, how do you know which pattern to choose?  

One of the best ways is to look at the type of pattern that you might want to make. Do you want a toy, or some booties, or even a baby sweater set? Once you’ve decided on the type of pattern it’s time to take a look at things like the size of the pattern (for example baby shoes will require much less time than a blanket). You will also want to be aware of the stitches and skill level. Patterns with an easy rating or a single stitch will be much easier and faster to finish.
