Aqua: Cotton and Polyester Yarn (Sport)
Aqua is a vigoré-effect yarn thanks to chain-ply structure composed of recycled polyester and cotton. We collaborate with Seaqual Initiative to help clean our oceans and raise awareness of the issue that the pollution entails. Up until now, 200 tons of sea waste have been transformed into Upcycled Marine Plastic, a 100% recycled polyester fiber.
Technical specifications: 50 g balls of yarn with 100 meters. Recommended knitting needle size: 3,5-4 mm / US 5-6 and crochet hook size: 4-4,5 mm / US G6-7. Make a size 12 woman's long sleeve jumper with 9 balls of yarn. For the 4x4" (10x10cm) tension square work 20 stitches and 27 rows. Machine washable up to 30°. Short spin cycle. Do not tumble dry.
