Hello! My name is Brynnan Foster and I design baby and children’s crochet patterns as part of my boutique @EsmeAndAven. I live in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois, with my husband and five young children. My children inspire me to create classic, clean design motifs, small but sophisticated silhouettes, and durable, versatile pieces. I am lucky to be surrounded by a landscape saturated in the colors of the Midwest that provides endless imagination for organic, natural motifs. I love incorporating Katia’s beautiful and luxurious yarns into my designs—with rich colorways and opulent fibers, they reflect the energy of my home and are essential to creating heirloom-quality pieces.
